2025/2026  Winter Workouts

This year's winter workouts will once again be held at the New England Sports Hub in Somersworth!  We will run 10 workouts on Thursdays from 7pm-9pm starting on January 8th, these will run every week until March 18th with the exception of February 26th(school vacation week)

Only players league age 9 & up that played for Roger Allen Baseball, Rochester Babe Ruth or Spaulding High School Baseball in the spring of 2025 are eligible for the winter workouts
